My experience with this hospital is really disappointment my hba1c level is 7.4 when i went this hospital for the first time but the doctor kannan increased my insulin level there is no need to increase my insulin level then my sugar level drops down at 40 thank god nothing seriously happened to me
I won't suggest this hospital because they are giving more medicine than actual requirement i spent almost 5k for single visit
A big zero for dr kannan..!

A place like this is definitely needed but there is so much that needs to be improved in process and a little more in Patient care as well.
1. Increase lab staff so that the workload can be split. This should be the highest priority. Only one person is doing all the work from sample collection and testing all the way ti to report writing.
2. Tell the patients When they will be called upon. Diabetes patients should eat at right time. There were tired patients waiting even after 2PM thinking their turn will come soon. And make sure food is available at least for few patients there itself.
3. Prioritize patients who come from out of station or maintain a proper order, do not mix up those doing full testing with those who are visiting just for consulting. Share the wait time among all so that no one has to overstay.
Definitely they have to be investing Back into facility to handle increasing number of patients by adding few excess staff in departments where there are more workloads and bottlenecks. That will make the visit comfortable for everyone. At least 20 patients visiting daily paying several thousands so what's the problem in it? I can see everyone in there is working hard including the Doctor. Get more people to help them.
Each patient's visit should not exceed 4 hours which should include fasting and postprandial sample collection, testing time and Doctor consulting. We had to spend 6.5 hours there.
