Pros- Good wifi
Hot was available all-day
Water purified
Comfortable bed
The location was 15 min walk from the Big Temple however the street is quite hard to walk through.
AC and fan worked great.

Cons- The bed wasn't very clean. It had blood stain marks and torn sheets.
The bathroom also wasn't very clean and the shower had a very weak flow.
Talking with the staff and owner via phone was extremely hard. Also several times they said they will call back and didn't call.

I Liked the apartment I stayed in. Spacious, Good location, not more than 10 minutes away from Meenakshi temple and Thirumalai Nayakar palace, as well as the shopping district. Caretaker Venkatesh was friendly and helpful. There's no pantry attached to get you coffee or breakfast in the morning, but they provide you with a stove, milk, coffee powder, and utensils on request. There's a countertop to make tea/coffee and small snacks, as well as a refrigerator.

Bathroom could do with small amenities like wall mounted shelvesu200c, soap dishes, and a little better cleaning.

Had a very pleasant stay with family. Well maintained place. Overall cleanliness was good, but since property seems to be little old, deep cleaning may be required. No regrets. Good stay for reasonable price
