The entire interview process at Chella software is a fantastic experience.
It allows me to demonstrate my expertise.
The first round included questions on finance-related aptitude topics and logical reasoning. This helps me to know how good I am in this field related topics, and the second round they asked two programming questions, which tested my programming knowledge, and I learned that the company not only focus on the finance sector it also looking care of programming knowledge.
The third round is a direct one-on-one interview that includes both logical and technical questions, followed by the final technical interview, which is held on campus at Chella Software Madurai. They are primarily interested in people who think logically and have strong programming skills.

Now I'm working as an Internship trainee at Chella Software Madurai. They don't treat me like a new employee,they're very friendly, even higher officials, which has made a good impression on the company.

In Chella Software the interview and the rounds were good.    From aptitude round the questions are not too dificult.    Programming round also so good and the questions were tricky but if you understand concept you are easy to crack it. Third round is face to face interview. I felt good when interviewed. Overall, the interview questions were not that difficult. If you know the basic concepts, it’s easy to crack. People here are very friendly. The training given here is very useful and informative.

The interview was good. First round was aptitude & reasoning based test. And the next round was logical programming. I was hired for the role of Junior Software Tester. The joining process was made smooth and easy. Last week I had a domain related session was and tasks were given related to the training. The employee’s here are friendly and they are always ready to clear any kind of doubts.
