Ok ok ambiance
Some of the drinks were not available when we visited, overall happy with the service. Could have kept the shop more clean and maintained.

CCD has closed all the other outlets in Madurai except this cafe but hopefully they will close it soon . The coffee had more water than milk . Pls don't try it if you are a coffee lover .

However, there is room for improvement when it comes to service. Although the staff members are courteous, the service could be more attentive and prompt. Enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of the service would elevate the overall customer experience and ensure greater satisfaction.

One aspect that can be frustrating for customers is the ordering and payment process. Currently, customers are required to go to the counter, place their order, and make the payment upfront. Ideally, it would be more convenient if customers were allowed to avail the services first and settle the payment when they are ready to leave. This would create a more seamless and relaxed experience for patrons.
