Excellent temple, and amazing view from the hilltop of the entire city of Tiruchirapalli, definitely a must visit. The Trek uphill is totally worth it. Would suggest either early morning or late afternoon to visit as it gets extremely hot during the day and will therefore Sap you off energy while climbing.

Its amazing temple in a big rock . You can see huge Shivling and also mata Parvati . On top of rock there is a Ganesh temple . You can go evening hours to see better site. You can see whole city from there

Located at the heart of Trichy city, I holds few important deities in it other than uchi pillaiyar temple which is located in a cave. The view from the top of the hill is mesmerizing and stunning. The whole of geography and topography is visible from there that point. Reach the top, pray, sit and relax. That's it.
