During our visit to Tanjore, we were eager to try out the renowned Mangalambiga Coffee and Tiffin Center, known for its authentic South Indian filter coffee. However, we noticed that there were several establishments with the same name, which made it a bit confusing to find the original one. Thankfully, we relied on Google Maps to locate the right place.

Once we arrived, we were delighted to find that the restaurant had a warm and inviting ambiance. We decided to start our day with a scrumptious breakfast. The menu offered a variety of options, but we decided to go with the classic choices: idly, vada, and poori masala. Each dish was freshly prepared and bursting with flavors. The idly was soft and fluffy, the vada was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the poori masala was rich and aromatic.

The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the filter coffee. Served in traditional stainless steel tumblers, the coffee had a rich aroma and a perfect balance of flavors. Very good Experience. Good Variety .We were a group of 7 & had Paneer Dosa,Ghee Roast, Masala Dosai, Puri & Potato, Idli .
To top up Coffee.

Food quality was very good.The portions also were reasonably good.Ambience was OK.

We got a Special Family Room for All sit together. Overall Experience wad very Good.Would recommend this Hotel specially on Sundays when there is a large Crowd looking for a Wvening out.
