Hidden shiva temple not much known or popular. Recently renovated and looks to great for a short retreat or prayer. The approach roads are hardly 8-10 feet wide and difficult to reach by car upto the temple. Parking on the Netaji road and walking to the temple for about 200 meters is best way.

Shivan Temple at the foothill of Krishnagiri mountain is believed to be more than 2800 years old. Shri Kaveeswarar is Suyambu சுயம்பு. The consort is Shri Girijambal. The temple is under the natural sunshade like big boulder of the Krishnagiri mountain. Shri Karumalai Siddhar Jeeva Samadhi is at the temple. The bannian tree at the entrance is enchanting and tell the age of the temple. Big temple tank is adjacent to the temple.
