So when you look at photos and Google reviews you might feel this is the best place ever. The website also gives you a feel that you will have a great experience. But it’s all misleading. The problem is not that they are bad. They just don’t know what good service means. I can understand that in hilly areas is not possible to get variety and luxury and we were well prepared for that. But we were at least expecting a little cleanliness and decent food. We have been to so many camps and this has to be the worst we experienced. The day we checked in there were about 60 ppl from a travel group who were camping there and partying the night before. And one common toilet each for men and women. Let your imagination go wild. We had booked the best experience they had to offer - overlander stay. And we stayed in the overlander alright which was decent, but it was in their parking lot in the middle of all chaos. The videos which we had seen earlier felt as if it will be secluded. They did everything as mentioned in their checklist but definitely not worth it

We booked an Overlander stay for a night after all the instagram hype.
It was such a waste of money and a full day.
They park one overlander in their property and take you in another overlander for off-roading experience. The tent is not opened and you really cant experience overlander as they quote in their offerings while you make a booking. You come back and just stay on top of the parked vehicle. So its as good as staying in a tent that is pitched over a vehicle.

Cleanliness- 0/5
The property has an amazing view however not worth the money you would pay for this experience.

To the management- If you are overbooking your place considering any situation, it is still not an acceptable experience you provide to guests paying such a hefty amount particularly for a special experience. If you are aware of the problems and are working on them please do not take booking and advertise wrongly on your insta feed. This is misleading to your guests.
PS: Also I’m not even complaining about the weather(it was cloudy, not rainy) which i very well understand is very much beyond anyone’s control. It your management and experience in hospitality thats in question.

Ecoden has no handwash, no sanitizer and kettle doesn’t work properly.
Food is good though.
