The overall Ambience inside the restaurant was ok not an exceptional / extraordinary.

The staff were very friendly and polite ,
.
Most seats are either 4 , and 4 plus type seating. Not very couple friendly seats available .
.
Lots of food to choose from ,
We personally ordered chicken briyani, Mutton Briyani , garlic chicken, liver fry and schezwan chicken rice.... Everything was good.

Other than that overall it was fine .
.
.
I enjoyed it overall ..but above mentioned are some of the demerits .in future I may try the other food items.

I was very sceptical about food and taste when I touched the princess of hills. I got introduced to this place through Google as it was near to my stay.
Highlights:
1. Very friendly staff. Though language was a barrier between us but they didn't made me feel it.
2. Food : Whatever you order has all the spices, masala, salt in moderation. Quantity justifies the price. I tried all the dosa variety, idly, Chettinad chicken masala, chicken masala, boti fry, omelette, chicken kothu, chicken biryani, chicken Chukka & Parota in different meals through my stay. Everything was well prepared and served.
3. Price: Pocket friendly. Full course breakfast 300/- approx, Lunch & Dinner 500-800 approx. The price is for 3 adults and 2 kids.
4. Parking: They don't have reserved parking, one can park on the Bazar Road as per availability.
5. Ambience: It's average with hygienic hand wash area. Don't walk in with a fine dine expectation.
6. Payment: Cash preferred.

Special mention and Thanks to Jalalludin our friendly footman who took good care of our food & service. Tall guy with a smile on his face.

Famous Briyani spot in kodaikanal. Both mutton and chicken briyani tasted good. Chicken 65 and pepper chicken fry too were nice. Normal price in a tourist spot. One of the must try spot in Kodaikanal. Kalaki could have been better. Rest all worth the money paid
