Literally the worst they cheated the 15 rooms are booked. But they allocated to different guests asked us to move to different hotel which has very poor hygiene water not came. No room service .

If anyone planning to stay or book for any occasion please please avoid.

They asked us to wait for 3 hrs. And asked us move to other hotel.

Very Clean hotel. Toiletries were present and towel were clean. Worth the cost. Staff are friendly and will help.Car parking is very limited and most of the times need to be parked on road. It is safe to park on road.Did not take any food, so can't comment on that.

We recently made an advance booking for a marriage function. When our guest started reaching the hotel venue around 5 PM to 6 PM it was surprised for our guest, even us that rooms are not available eventhough we made an advance booking. Do you see how pathetic the situation and their customer service . Staffs were calmly told that “rooms are not available , at maximum we can try in another hotel” . They managed to give us at another hotel that was like an oyo rooms with poor customer services . I would like to ask a question to hotel management
Please read a definition for a Advance booking? You guys must know the meaning of advance booking.
One free advice for your management is A successful business is not about one time customer it is when ur customer are repeated one and for that your customer service will answer that.
