I was just about to buy Okinawa Praise Pro at this showroom by Sep'21. It got delayed just one day due to some reasons on my side as well as dealer side. In between I watched a video on YouTube of an electric scooter of some other company gone on flames. By then there was no incidence heard about Okinawa. Still I had my own worries on our personal safety and asked the dealer manager about the safety measures in Okinawa products. I wish to have a clarity before putting our life and money at stake. Instead of clearing my genuine concern he was hostile to me and disconnected the phone. I too dropped the idea of buying one.
But, now I feel I was fortunate, by watching so many horrible fire incidents on Okinawa scooters which includes major ones such as loss of lives, multiple scooters burnt in a truck while transportation and one whole showroom on Chennai - Porur highway gutted into flames.
If our conversation would not end up this way which forced me to be away from this dealer, I might have lost my peaceful sleep or possibly life by now. I'm alive to give 5 stars.
My humble prayers and hearty wishes for the company to come out with great safe products, dealership and the users to stay safe????????
