Very very worst customer service. One star is more for this review. There is no proper response for phone calls & service also.

I have regd a compliant with LG customer care they informed more than a year so you must pay visit charge I have accepted the service person visited and informed that drum wash to be done charge is Rs 1300 you must bring it service center so I have engaged a Tata Ac and give it for service the next day they have given back the machine . Our Van driver gone and picked the machine they have not issued any bill for the same.

Now the same problem in my son's house at Bangalore they have collected only Rs 300 done the cleaning at there house itself. Now only I came to know I have cheated by Karaikudi service center.Be careful.
