Overall an ok Experience. Not bad though. Coffee at room service takes more than 45mins. So had to go down the ground floor to take it by myself. AC is running good. With the heat raging upwards. AC chillness is not on par. Not bad. But there are things to improve. And thanks to the staff who repaired the Fan and provided extra bed promptly. The person at front desk is cordial and understands customers expectations. I might come again to the same hotel assuming the availability is there next year to see if it has improved.

Cons:
Neatness: Bad. When I entered the room the bed was neatly made up but there were strands of hair on the bed and the pillows were dirty. The sofa was not wiped and you could see lots of stains. Bathroom fittings were rusted.
Noise: Horrible. Couldn't get even few mins of sleep since you could hear all the noise from corridor and nearby rooms.
Service: Bad. Reached around 10 AM but was asked to come back at 12 (In booking it was mentioned as After 11 AM) but they were allocating rooms for walk in customers.
Pros:
Location: The location is convenient if you reach Kanchipuram by bus.
Food: There is a restaurant at the ground floor which serves good food.
Did not try their breakfast since I checked out after few hours since the hotel was not fit to stay with family.

Room size was decent. Just enough for two persons. Located right on the main road. That's really good. Service was too good. Even in middle of night they attend to service requests. Complimentary Buffet breakfast quality needs improvement. Idly was so dry. Especially the north Indians visiting Kanchi who look forward to Idly & Sambar may get disappointed.
