I generally don't post reviews. But this place deserves a 5/5. I'm a parent of 2 Kids, grooming them up i didn't take care of my self properly. My husband came to know about this from his friend and insisted me to take up the course. Taking up the course, i have no regrets. The place is tranquil and serene. The best part is the instructor Mrs.Bismi mam. Very motivating and friendly. The course is made short and crisp. Highly recommended for new moms!

This is one of my best experience. It's been a month since I have been attending online yoga classes taught by BISMI mam, and I am really very happy with the classes. She explains each and every movement everyday to make it understandable to all. She is very motivating and her workout routine is very interesting. I would recommend this class to all. Thank you Bismi mam.
