Very poor trainers.. good gym equipments but thats not enough!... A professional gym is supposed to give customized exercise routine to its user depending on their body like other gyms. Actually this gym instructors aren't trained professionally.. they are taught basic set of exercises by the owner who is trained . So somewhere between these lines the exercise posture isn't delivered correctly.. whenever I ask whether my exercise posture is right they say "ya ya it's right" when I myself knew it was wrong..because of their business only motive I got ligament injury in my both knees and I am currently undergoing treatment for past 3 months. And ya also, they don't care if people use muddy, dirty outdoor shoes at gym especially during this pandemic situation. Kudos to their management and owner!

From my personal point of view.. It is a Positive zone, which makes me stronger, build up a lot of energy.. weekly challenges, monthly challenges.. Lots n lots of motivation from coacher.. luv this gym a lot.. happy client with satisfied gym coachers????❤

Well trained staffs. The only Gym exclusive for women. They suggest suitable exercise for body fitness and weight reduction. We are totally happy and satisfied.
