This is just a watchtower. Not maintained properly. Had been a place of drunkards as they spend the most time here. If you're a family visiting this place please make a check alone before you take the family there. You could enjoy a pleasant view up there, if there's no scorching sun. You'll not need more than 10 to 15 mins to spend there. Small shops and kiosks in future would be best additions here.
