The shop was really very nice.They interact with the customers in a very good manner.
This is one of the best shops I have ever visited.

I ordered washing machine but delivery was not done until four days even after multiple reminders everyday. Hoping to get it at the fifth day at least . Everytime I call the shop, they hear me as like the first time they are talking to me. They attend the calls but forget to take action. They have to keep the promise on the delivery date they committed to the customers. Will update the quality of the product once I receive it.

Pathetic service. We bought a air cooler and when we had some service issues, we complained several times to send technician, but the owner never responded. Wouldn't recommend at all.
