Hotel PKP GRAND

We stayed one night at PKP and we had a comfortable night. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower had great pressure and hot water. The room was spacious and breakfast the next day was delicious! We also enjoyed seeing the staff celebration of Poogal. Great stay!

Overall it is good, but during booking the suite room I mentioned the head count and they agreed upon with one extra bed, but while check in another person came in and told me I need to pay extra for the person. They should have stuck to their words or provided some options. But they didn't worry about the customer or accept their mistakes. I felt disappointed even though they went as per the rule but the first person whom I contacted doesn't know the rule or miscommunicated. I don't want to make things worse so I ended up paying for the extra bed.

Visited the place for a marriage, booked 4 deluxe rooms , no rooms are properly cleaned ,once the guest vacates , they will handover the room to the next without cleaning,the below are the ones
1) bedsheets are not changed
2) toilets are not cleaned
3) no towel,soap are provided
4) Tv is not working,As tata sky recharge was not done.
5) Ac remote not working
Eventhough you raise the complaint they won't consider it,only one room boy is working for whole hotel.on top of it they charge the highest rent for these cheap services ,I'm drafting this based on booking 4 rooms ,think twice before booking.
