This is one of the worst shops I have ever visited. I bought a Samsung refrigerator and asked the showroom staff to get a new unit. On repeatedly asking them to deliver the new unit, they delivered the demonstration unit kept in the shop. When enquired regarding the issue they lied saying that the sent unit was a new one and lastly they accepted it was a demo unit. After returning the demo unit a new unit was sent to us with a dent. The staff here are sheer unprofessionals as they complied us with false words while buying the refrigerator and when asked to replace they didn't even respond to us properly. This is completely unprofessional. The staff comply falsely on things which they can't deliver upon. I will never visit this showroom because of their treatment towards customers and will strictly not recommend others to visit this showroom. And the staff aren't humble on their mistakes rather they are rude towards a customer which negates the basics of sales. Worst Experience!!!!!!! BHARAT ELECTRONICS AND APPLIANCES is the worst place to put one's hard earned money on the quality of products they sell and the services they offer. Damn I'm angry I wasted my hard earned money.

Yesterday (01.04.2022) i purchased two split AC. While giving delivery i found one unit was already used one (see photos - may be a complaint model?) and label was tampered. I was really disappointed with this kind of service. Anyhow I raised the concern with the showroom and they agreed for the mistake happened and further assured replacement will be done quickly.

Let's wait and see... how serious are they in fulfilling customer expectations/feedback?

Though the working staffs are not upto the level, owner is much responsive and customer friendly his service is great
