Don't choose this scan centre if you are a sensitive person. Also, better avoid this one if it's your first scan.

I went there for my first pregnancy scan in July 2022. I've had multiple scans from other scan centres (totally 8) previously for treatments. This is the worst of all those. I'm writing especially about the ultrasound staff. Looked like they won't even open their mouth and talk to patients. Better that particular arrogant person be in any billing counter at boutiques rather than handling human beings. No proper information or guidance. While every other scan centres were showing baby's heart beat, this one chose not to do it. The overall experience is totally bad.

And there came 2 patients without mask (Corona rules were still in practice). They should have warned and stopped people without masks right at the entrance - but that didn't happen. The employees took their time, talked to them, collected the money and after billing only they asked those two to go out and get mask. Till then, they didn't care about other patients, especially pregnant ladies sitting there with high chance of being infected because of their lethargic attitude.

One good thing is, I overheard a doctor/staff talking to a patient (probably screened for cancer), motivating her and emotionally handling that situation very well in positive manner. It must be Dr. Vinayaga Priya I believe, not sure.

Bottom line, arrogant staff, unprofessional service. Management should fix these immediately.

One of the worst scan center I have never seen before. I have been called for the second time scan I asked why it’s necessary? the DR doesn’t have any clue, and I said it’s my rights to know why are you exposing second time? Unprofessional and not educated up to the mark. I would not recommend this scan center. Advised radiation safety board needs to be evaluated and measure the dose limit of machines and building walls and all the license are clear and up to date.and also radiology Doctor needs to learn how to write a clear report without asking too many questions

Scan center is easily accessible from Mettupalayam main road with hassle free parking in a peaceful space.state of the art scan center with updated equipments.staff are clear in their instructions and guidance with additional sign boards showing necessary information .
