As it named, It is a Temple for the ones who really wanted to be the Fittest and up for challenges. One thing which is very vital to mention is our COACH Jeeva, he is as important as the Temple Gym is, without him, this gym would be a pretty par gym. The posters and Inspirations they hung in there are all really impressive and surely push you to the next level. The one which i admire the most is from Gabrielle Reece , this is right infront of the 1st Thread mill !

For every person fitness is important in life. According to me, Temple gym is a good place for workouts. It is spacious,more equipments, good and experienced trainers ( Marimuthu, Krishna and Saravanan). For women and girls there is separate room for exercise. Washrooms are clean and well maintained . Reading the Bharathiyar kavidhi written in the entrance raises our spirits. Many plants and trees in the entrance gives us peace of mind. I joined last month, I feel good and energetic. I hope women raise awareness on this and take care of their health. Jai hind Jai bharat!
