Being from coimbatore I am proud about the Sri Krishna sweets and the quality they deliver but upset with their customer service today visited the Saibaba colony branch and asked for mixed sweets and mentioned that I am flying and need in a proper box than on cardboard box packing (pictures and bill attached) as a proof but staff was adamant that they will not give and I had requested my sister to purchase it and I felt they were disrespected and mentioned this is what they can give and buying sweets at this price and requesting a proper packing is not a crime.
When i called the manager Mr Sathish he couldn't even understand what I was trying to communicate nor to take feedback.
I mentioned clearly that the reason I called was to give a feedback and don't want anything free but when you are flying and putting the sweets in the baggage the cardboard packing will only squeeze the sweets and break them. He was talking something different, the quality of the sweets.. he couldn't even understand where I was coming from and mentioned that he doesn't have a management approval to give a different packing.
The success of every business I believe is when they are customer centric and not policy centric. Their is so much options left and not that their is any request for free. You can charge but atleast understand what's the request than just making the whole purchase experience upsetting.

Favourite shop... Friendly suggestions for people reading this review.. Heat the sweets in microwaves and all ghee would separate.. Drain it down and enjoy the sweets...

Try their honey dew instead of mysorepa. Mysorepa somewhat lost its taste. Badam halwa also very good. Try bucket sweet, combination of various sweets, for gift purpose.
