Not worth at all . No maintenance and poor sanitation. But rent is too high. Owner doesn't know to behave with tenants.

The mansion was very neat and clean and Owner is good person calm and humble approach to guest one more think coimbatore area this mansion is very budget comfortable for travelling and 24 hour's Cctv coverage and safety for your bikes night watchman available so full and safety for your things.

Worst ever experience staying in this mansion ,u will loose ur piece of mind ,the owner is very rude and never return ur advance ,at night he will come fight with the tenants staying as if we are staying at free of cost ,Better avoid this mansion
