Very appreciating staff ,i had some quiry about home theater and led as well . The most important thing i went there at store closing time still those people attended me very politely and guided me in good manner ,
It was My first visit to Sony.
Was comfortable with the explanation.
Got TV delivered same day. Installation was done as committed.
Follow up call was done by the staff for each and every activity and ensured that all are in place.
will always recommend to everyone this SONY CENTER.

My all time favorite is Sony and all the Staffs are giving proper explanation what we required.
I have bought Sony Bravia TV which sounds to be amazing! they have nice spacious we had good experience in testing the home theater audio. thanks to the team keep rocking & All the Best.

I usually don't write reviews on Google but the experience of purchasing a product here at Sony center made me to write this. I always buy things in Amazon. But for once I tired purchasing a Sony home theatre here.Initially all the sales persons seems to be ok. Once you made your purchase and pay the bill you can see their originality. Please be aware while you are making payment. Because they won't allow you to think for a minute, They charged extra prices saying for Installation and calibration, but Sony provides free Installation for their customers (I came to know from the person who came for installation). I opted EMI payment through my credit card. They charged me Rs.999/- as processing fee and informed EMI will be done with zero percent Interest.Till now I couldn't able to see the EMI method reflected in my Credit Card. They made full payment for it. Also they recommended me to buy an optical cable to connect with my TV. Saying that all TVs will able to connect through the cable. But once I reached the home I noticed there is no port for optical output in my TV(MI 42') So I requested to take back it and asked for refund. While I went for it they asked me to wait for more than 1 hour. Later informed refund cannot be done instead I need to purchase some other product from them. I was forced to buy the product which is zero percent useful for me.

I highly suggest not to buy any products here.

Satisfied with the product and installation. Disappointed with sales team.
