Well, my aunt had severe chest ache early in the morning at 3AM. Her arm was aching as well. We took her to this hospital later on at around 4.30AM. The staff there were extremely lackadaisical. They did not even know how to take an ECG efficiently.
They diagnosed it as some gastric pain and gave her an injection for that and pain. Little did they know that she was actually having a heart attack. We later took her to another hospital where she was rightly diagnosed for her heart issue.
If we had the option of giving them zero stars, we definitely would have opted for that.

The staffs are friendly and took a great care of the patients. The environment is clean and well maintained. The chief doctor is one of the best surgeon around the city

Rather than medicines, the gentle words and approach of a physician would cure the ailments of the sick.. these words best suit our beloved Dr. Kumaraswamy. I take this moment to thank him.

My mother is taken care by the team for past 8 years. Personally, we're happy with the treatment given here.

A special mention and our sincere gratitude to Ms. Amaravathi, Mr. Ramesh, the manager, Dr. Praveen, the nurses and every single person, who put their heart and soul and work for the betterment of the patients.

Suggestion : The waiting hours in the OP ward alone to be looked into, as the patients find very difficult to wait for a long time.
