Actually I joined for cross fit,core and went for 2 months and I paid 2k ,fees is the minimal charge that is the only advantage in that gym,next I will say about equipments there having 3 cycles and 1 efx machine but we need to wait more time use efx because lot of them are using so we need some time to use. Regarding cross fit there was no equipment only battle rope is having and they have ladder, punching bag but they are not given work-out on that. Don't don the mistake what I did ,please think twice before joining.

Trainer don't Know workout, simply he was saying something, trainer said crossfit workout will be given but there was only battle rope is for crossfit, there having lader, punching bag but he is not allowing to use and cycling, walk machine are In damaged condition. Don't prefer this gym not worth for money

A Gud place for doing workout. Naveen na is very helpful and he gives his best to run the gym. He concentrates on everyone. I lost 10kg from 90Kg he is giving best diet plans.And we have zumba class also.If you do hard work you I'll get better result
