Hi team, First of all a big shout out to you for helping young moms to change their lifestyle ???? I AM fortunate that I found this page in insta and joined the online class at the right time. I am happy to share that I lost 2.6kg in 33 days with no proper diet and walking due to my workload and kids but I never missed any classes. My stress levels have gone down and I even feel younger than before. All the credit to you ???? because, your workouts are amazing and make our body super energetic and feel so enthusiastic throughout the day. We wish we had a workout session even on Wednesday and Saturday ???? Now I can fit into my old clothes and am confident in wearing western attire which is a big challenge for me after my sec baby. My aim is to reach my ideal weight which I was before marriage. I am sure I can reach that goal with your help. Once again a big thanks n hugs ????

it’s almost a month with Rosy/Ravi’s fitness and I’m absolutely loving it. The workouts are fun and soaking wet at the same time. I feel lighter in my clothes. Definitely inch loss along the body. I am having a foot issue, preventing me to go on brisk walks but I try to stick to consciously controlling my food portions. I am a hypothyroid person for a long time. It’s always been difficult to shed weight so I haven’t much seen any scale change but definitely lost about 1-2inches along the bust and hips which are the most difficult to lose parts. And my arms are better looking and toned. Most of all it’s the feeling of taking charge and control over my schedule and body that it giving me a happiness rush???? thank you so much. I’m so glad I joined Instagram right now ????
