Worst customer service. We stopped visiting this shop even though it is near us, I started purchasing from farther away shop. They don't know the values of the babies and the owner is heartless and purely materialistic and because of her sales girls are also behaving the same way. I nearly purchased 18000 rs worth of products initially and i completely stopped visiting this store now and also referred my friends the same. The reasons they give for their behavior are not given by other shops, others give freedom to the kids while shopping.

No, my child is just 1.5 year and he just used balls and small vehicle toys which you people can't tolerate. Anyways thanks for your kindly customer service and what from my part we can decide is just to skip your shop.
