Good pg, i am not saying best, But as compared to the other pgs it is good ,Here most are 2 sharing Rooms for us rent is 4500(non ac) and advance is 70000(this is fixed in almost all pgs in saravanpatti area). for Ac rooms i think it is 5000

pros:daily cleaning, washing machine, parking services, room, water availabillty, lift facility, security, bus

cons:drinking water is not that good, no food, visitors are not allowed, no good hotels are nearby.some rooms are very hot ????
am sharing the picture of my room,we kept it dirty. It won't be like this if u keep it clean.

Worst PG i have ever seen.
Cons
* Manager’s attitude is very bad and money minded.
*Poor wifi, No closed cupboards, no transparency on electricity bills, high advance.
* only one washing machine for entire PG and 100 rs for single wash
* We need to recharge for TV.
* Not returning the advance properly.
