Very very worst response from owner lady. When I was asked clear bill copy for claiming purpose, she denied to take re bill and spoke very harshly. She told our entire team to leave from their shop and started talking disrespectfully and used unparliamentary words and inspite of some other customers advising her she never bothered.. This would be the last visit from our entire organisation.

Previously snacks available at any time. Even when there is no items in tray they asked us to wait and prepare bonda, bajji etc whatever we want. Friendly staffs. But after expansion of the shop, many times when items are not in tray, their reply is items not available. They dont offer to prepare snacks. Vaangunaa vaangu illenna po type staffs now.

Update: reply rd from the owner that steps wil b taken to set right everything. To owner - reply me as bfore ur no. & i wil call u as there is no option to share my no. except in this public platform.
