Centre atmosphere is very good.I have been going to this yoga centre since 2 months.. and i was throughly impressed.. The center was clean, Peaceful. The classes are being taught by the dedicated professionals and what's more encouraging us is their personal attention towards us. To be frank, until I experienced it personally, I didn't know that through yoga you can shape your body, reduce weight, gain spiritual and mental health..just not me, everyone who is coming here are experiencing the same.
Very kind and sincere in their guidance.

Truly Lalitha yoga Maiyyam is an excellent place to learn yoga and also the ambience is calm and very nice. You definitely feel relaxed. Ma'am, understands the needs and explains everything. Excellent place for beginners.. Thank you for being a good support. I wish you the best always.

I enrolled their yoga classes for back pain and honestly I can feel my pain getting decreased in 2-3 weeks.. Mrs. Niranjini was my instructor and she is very patient in teaching asanas and stretches.. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a good yoga class
