Very Bad Attender she is hurting soo much.... Please change attender first.. Doctor is very good, soft-spoken, explains things clearly and in a easy to understand manner. The staffs at the reception are harsh and rude. They speak in a dominating tone as if they are doctors esp over phone. In person, they are ok but still they need to improve their behaviour and communication with the patients. They feel annoyed in answering questions. doctor is very nice she give us a strength in her words. I request Manonmani mam please change your attender mam.. she is hurting easily.. very worst behavior we came hospital for getting relief but she makes it increases by her words.. 3 starts for you mam. Cutting 2 starts for attender

Doctor is very clear and on point.explain everything in details and make u understand your situation...BUT THE WAITING TIME FOR CONSULTATION IS WORST PART, EVEN AFTER IF YOU RESISTER YOUR NAME ON OPENING OF THE CONSULTING TIME. still you have to wait 2 hrs for your turn ....! Highly not recommended for short tempered people. It will take your 2 hrs (Or more than that)in Waiting even after telling 45 min waiting time.!

They feel annoyed in answering questions. No proper coordination among them. Atleast thrice they call u for checking bp which would have been done by the other person. And for a blood report i need to check with them for 3-4 times and when i ask they don't even want to give a proper reply over phone. Doc says one time, these staffs say one time but the report comes in a different time. I visited thrice for a problem and this is my honest feedback after my experience with the staff members. Doctor is really a good person that I would highly recommend. Waiting time is more as no appointments. Scan and lab facilities are available.
