i never had a bad welcome like this before. i reached by midnight 12.30 to this hotel with my friend after a long tiring day we thought we were gonna get a room and sleep but in reception he said i can't give u room i asked why?he gave a beautiful reply I am the authority i only decide whom i have to give even though u booked i can't give u room. he said cancel your room and book another hotel. i said sir it middle of the night how can I cancel and search for another hotel at 12.30 in night. again he gave beautiful reply it's not my problem. .cancel and find some other property and am not here to talk with any stranger. i got angry started to talk with loud voice and he called manager.The manager came and he was quite a good person i told exactly what happened and what drama the reception guy was making. he gave a proper reply and handed over the key in the next 5 minutesNO BEDSHEETNO SOAPNO RESPONSE FROM RECEPTIONMORNING DURING CHECKOUT THEY TOOK PICTURES OF OURS I DON'T KNOW WHYMY RATING IS 0 ANYONE GOING WITH YOUR GIRLFRIEND OR FINANCE DON'T CHOOSE THIS HOTEL
