Lot of treatment facilities available this place.not bad in cleaning this place. doctors are visiting the ward specified time so that please be ensure the time and date of doctors
Visit.ward cleaning is done everyday.common toilets need more cleaning for this place. canteen facilities are also available in this place.

All emergency departments functioning here. Good quality of treatment.

Very bad and negative experience. "Sure no go!" if the patient is critical.

In our case, the patient was our family member, whose SPO2 levels were low (some 70+) due to a lung problem (Not Covid-19). As his oxygen levels were down, he was psychologically affected and expectedly not cooperating well.

First and foremost: "The medical staffs in the hospital aren't trained enough on how to deal with patients when they are mentally not well!". It's our family members who was near the patient and taking care of him. Shockingly, it's all happened in the ICU ward! Can’t even think about the care in other wards.

Particularly, the nursing staff were so apathetic and careless. In fact, they were all talking negative only. The doctors were good, but there was no extra care & support when it was highly needed. We lost all hope eventually as his condition got worsened day-by-day!

Losing no time, we immediately moved him to a Private hospital. There the kind of care was amazing. Particularly, they were so caring, understanding and positive. Thankfully, he recovered in a couple of days and discharged to home in 4 days! :)

Money can be earned, but not life! It’s a big lesson for us, and also a warning for anyone who reads this.

Never again to GH, Coimbatore!
