Worst experience. Employees gives lots of fake promises. There is no manager to escalate the problem.
They told Trisha chechi is the manager. But she is not listening to any of my problem.
To the owner,
1. Pls give a copy of the invoice to the customer and share a POD with the delivery person
2. Have an escalation phone number or manager, who actually listens to the problem. No one in the entire place to talk about my problem and take positive feedback.
