I have been giving my Royal Enfield Classic 350 bike to the Dynamo Bike service station since 2020, but for the past year, I have been experiencing poor service. Nowadays, if I give my bike to the service station with four complaints, they only rectify two and ask me to come back another day for the remaining complaints, charging me for that as well. The worst part is that the service station charges double. In my opinion, the charges at the Royal Enfield service center are better than those at the Dynamo Bike service station nowadays.

My Yamaha Fascino was serviced here, the issue was auto raising, and the speedo meter not functioning, they took 2 days time and deliver, after one long trip of 100 km, the vehicle started bouncing self, they have replaced the duplicate belt in the clutch and performing very low, no pickup, later days battery went fused. Not sure what service was done, went for a checkup they stated to change the entire set of clutches which cost nearly 6500 when check in the Yamaha showroom the cost is nearly 3500. Waste of money, they charged 2800 which caused utter waste of money. My scooter feels very old now.

Good services satation. Nice experience with them. Very responsible. My scooter jupiter repaired with low cost.
