My experience with this hospital by Dec 2022. First, I was hesitant to have my kid admitted in this hospital. The feedback and impression about the hospital from my neighbors and other parents from my kids’ school was not good due to past experiences especially the COVID days. They questioned why you went to that hospital they are money minded and expensive, but as it is nearby to home, I had no other option went ahead and admitted my kid for high fever. Front office staff and nurses in the ward are quite helpful. In ER there were two nurses who administered needle for my kid, they patiently did their job. Consulted with pediatrician Dr.Sujatha, blood test and X-ray taken, she made us comfortable and explained things clearly. In the ward nurses are very polite they regularly monitored my kid and took care well especially the night duty nurse. Took single room, it was spacious, properly cleaned, comfortable for the attender as well. One thing noticed is on the bed sheet they provided even though it is washed able to notice some stains then and there. Informed the staff they immediately changed the sheet. Insurance claim went smooth, almost all the expenses got covered by my insurance. Had some concerns on the bill provided and the insurance claim covered, discussed with the agent he made those expenses also covered under insurance instead of co-pay.

Looks like management are vigilant and their efforts are visible to establish better name for the hospital regardless of the bad reviews and experiences in the past. I felt like I can trust this hospital for now, that’s why we came back for my spouse who is undergoing consultation for a medical need. I will share more feedback on that experience on how the treatment went and response from hospital once it got resolved.

I visited this hospital on Apr'23, as I got referral from Railways, I was having an issue of Rheumatoid arithritis for past two and half years, and having patella fracture in right knee(since feb'23)..the way they diagnosed each and every cause for the pain & swelling and the execution of treatment plan was appreciable..I render my sincere thanks to the team especially Dr.Senthil, Consultant Pain physician and Dr.Sathyamoorthy, Orthopedician. I can find myself good improvement in walking and 80% pain was reduced after taking PRP, i personally had a good experience with Muthus Hospital and I would like to recommend to whomever reading my review..Thank you for your good hospitality and Medical Care

My parents met an accident in Coimbatore and I had to travel here on an urgent basis. The staff and doctors here are so helpful that they kept on providing me updates. The treatment they got was point on and even though my mother faced major injuries, she got recovered and was allowed to go back to Delhi when doctors felt that she is fit to do so. Thanks alot to the entire staff and doctors.
