Rooms were ok, great big rooms & what we didnt like was room service was Full 0 i will give , They didnt give a soap or even a water bottle before entering room . & even in bathroom the water spray near lirtin was not even working properly... This r minimum manners . Really disgusted . If urs stay is 2 to 3 days & want to have some morning view , thn better see some other hotels as here its a full closed room even windows are too as its near to railway .

My stay at this hotel was no less than nightmare.

1. At the time of check in, they were not able to find my booking. They misbehaved with me and only let me check in on a fresh booking.
2. Room was in a pathetic condition. Very dirty, cockroaches all around.
3. They refused to provide soap, shampoo, and even water. I had to buy water from outside.
4. I had a two day (48 hours) booking. but only after 12 hours of stay they started fighting with me and said my booking is over and I need to leave the hotel immediately.
5. The staff was high on alcohol or something. His eyes were all red and he was hardly able to speak. it became a very scary situation for me.

Overall, this place is not safe for a family or even for a solo traveller. Avoid at all costs if you care for your safety.

Rates are high, according to rooms but you have to choose no other option.
All hotels have the same price range near coimbatore railway station.
It's walking distance to the railway station.
The only good thing about this hotel is that it's near by CS express meal ???????? hotel and they have very good food and service.
