I've been a regular at this gym for 2 years now. It's really gone downhill in the past few months.

There are no barbells at the gym, so you won't be able to progress your workouts.

HRX & S&C classes are not available during the evenings at all - they only have one class on 9PM on alternate days. Why am I paying 20k a year for a gym that doesn't even have classes in the evenings and lacks basic equipment? One session at 9pm is not going to help anyone achieve their fitness goals.

Cult's customer support is useless, as speaking to them has achieved nothing.

Equipments are not available in this gym. we had barbell high pulls as workout but the trainer made us to do with dumbbell as the barbells are unavallable. They have completely removed the barbells, it's been 3 weeks. If this is a permanent thing, I kindly request you to refund my money back, as it is useless to come to cult. I travel 16kms daily to attend session at cult, do you think it is worth now? I can simply do home workout at home, have my own dumbbells. This is really disappointing. I am with cult since 2021, and this is really ridiculous. your automated reply is not gonna work, request you to take some action asap
And regarding the timetables it’s so bad the classes keep repeating without a proper schedule there’s no yoga class for the past 5 days, why is it so ?please respond for this with a proper reason

Awesome place to try your mind and body to stay fit… curated workout to suit your need. Very happy with the service and really worth the time and money spent.
