Becoming worse now a days... literally a local tea shop will be far better that this. We went in a peak time only and ordered both tea and coffe both smelled weird. They gave us in paper cups rather than in cutlery or tea cups. Shocked to see one among the favorite place in such a pathetic condition. Their snack items will be barely available. The company has to seriously look into its quality, hygiene and availability. Definitely it's not like past. It's not much about money but the felt completely disappointed.

We went here for the evening snacks and it was a very good experience. Having multiple options for tea and coffee is a very rare chance we came here from Bangalore to get the local taste of Coimbatore. if you are planning to visit Coimbatore you can add this place for the evening snacks. I would like to give ***** for the staff hospitality.

Chai Kings is my favourite hangout spot and go-to cafe for a relaxing time ❤️. My all-time favourite is the ginger tea, which is simply amazing! The hibiscus tea is also fantastic, with a unique flavour that you won't find anywhere else.

The atmosphere at Chai Kings is always calm and relaxed, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. The service here is also good.

However, the only downside is that the air conditioning is not working properly, making it quite hot and uncomfortable during the summer months. Despite this, I still love this place and miss it dearly.
