Recently purchased a Baby crib from this Store. They offered a discount of 40% and we were surprised by the discount and ended up purchasing it. But to our shock and annoyance we found that the Bassinet Mosquito Net had a point where it was not attached to the elastic band, this slowly started to extend and next day the whole elastic band was separated from the net and we had to temporarily patch it up with pins. This was on the second day after purchase.

After about 3 week when we had to travel to another city. While dismantling the Crib I noticed multiple bends in the metal parts.

When I called the store, they said they’d enquire and inform me regarding a replacement.

Dear friends, I don’t know if Born Babies as an establishment would endorse delivering such products to its Consumers. But I’ll say for sure that this store does not incline towards even replying to its customers, Forget delivering good defect free-products, a store should atleast be courteous to reply.

Worst ever experience. Totally regret buying a product from them.!!!

Quality products ..Last year i bought one cloth stills the quality is good...

Rates are bit on the higher side, well maintained shop.
