They delivered damaged cake content and the delivery guy was rude and lethargic attitude saying he is not responsible for damaged content I need to talk to outlet person. However customer care was responsive and kind enough to arrange the replacement . Baking pls ensure delivery is appropriate otherwise there is no point on ordering from bakingo even though cake is good.

Had a really nice experience. The cake tasted great and looked exactly like shown in the picture. Packing was proper and delivery was also on time.

Pretty good. Everything was okay, order was delivered before the time. I would like to recommend just to improve your payment system because at last I had to do COD. Rest overall every thing was good.
