I would like to take this opportunity to thank Aravind eye hospital for their good service when I visited last week. Even though there is some ifs and buts... But overall my experience is good. I would like to thank Dr. Manju mam, who treated my son in a polite manner. She is very much caring and polite while treating the patients. I have never come across such a caring and polite doctor in my overall experience. She did a minor surgery for my son and overall I felt a good experience and care from them. Thanks for them

Specialty hospital for eye care.
Patients come here from other states as-well.. like kerala, Karnataka.
Recommend hospital for kids having eye problems by birth, they experienced kids eye specialist doctors. My cousin brothers kid’s eye treatment is being done here, and his eye condition is improving.

Zero stars should be given. This is the worst eye hospital ever. I had the worst experience and just now checked Google, shocked to see that it's full of negative reviews. Just to order a lens I had to come thrice, and still they were asking me to wait. Directly after my check up I came to order lens but oh my god. No one knows the price of the lens properly, giving lame reasons as to how only one nurse in the whole hospital knows the price list, and that she was absent, discounted price didn't add up, you order and go morning I'll give you the bill, etc. etc. The 2nd time I went to order again they sent me back after wasting 1 hour. They asked me to come in the evening and the price list will be ready. When I went again, nothing was ready, they were only wasting my time. Don't just reply to bad reviews but take some action at least. Don't make false promises or claim that anything will be ready by a time if you're not responsible enough to make it ready at that time. At least say honestly the time when something will be available instead of asking us to come and go twice or thrice and still wasting our time. My recommendation to anyone, if you're a busy or working person or if you really care about your eyes, please visit any other eye hospital rather than this one. There are lot of hospitals out there who genuinely care about our eyes and value our time.
