Very good service My travel arrangements were made within thirty minutes of my request . Coordination with the Airline staff for assistance at the airport was done to the best of my satisfaction .

Good Things to Appreciate
1. Located in the prime location of the city, easily reachable, very spacious office.

2. Adequate staff to attend the customers.

Areas of Improvement
1.Major FOREX Currency details can be displayed, so that customers will know directly without asking any one and no need to negotiate.

2. Details of VISA fees has to be displayed.

Over phone the visa fee rates given by them were different and while meeting in person the fees are Hiked. Example yesterday i have visited, in person and enquired for E- Visa fee for Malaysia is ₹5500/u003d where as over Phone they told me ₹4500/u003d ( 14th June 2022)
Need clarity and transparency to build the Trust.
