Bike service is best i am satisfied, but customer service is very poor, 2 times they are told to me full of vehicles work load is here so you come another day. Last time my bike service took one week, I called much more times but no one take phone or respond, I think management system want to improve.

Bad vehicle compliant handling and bad response

I felt very bad when I took my vehicle for a compliant. The compliant is self start is not working (horn, lights, indicators also not working), after several kicks only vehicle is getting started, even if started within 10 sec it turns off on no acceleration. It was serviced two months before in the same place.

The solution is to replace a battery. Until this point all is fine.

Now, the response from the service center is to bring back the vehicle next day and it shouldn't be left there. And, there will not be any commitment given even if I do so.

My problem is, in case in a traffic if it turns off, it might not be possible for me to make several kicks to run it. I felt very bad in the way they responded and also in the way the issue is addressed.

I Last month visited to get my bike's tires and brakes changed.The service center demonstrated good efficiency in handling my bike's tire and brake change.
The service was completed within the estimated time frame, and I appreciated their commitment to timely service
