I ordered Tiramisu cake, but they delivered kind of Black forest cake with full of cream and less cake. Nobody liked the cake in the party
Overall bad experience. I would not order here again.

I ordered 5kg custom mermaid theme cake with them for my daughters first birthday . satisfied with their output . Fondant icing finishing was just perfect and looked premium for the cost. Very tasty also. What I didn’t like is their service . They committed to deliver the cake on time , but delayed . Event started and I had to wait for 20 min. On top of it , they were bugging me to make the full payment immediately on the stage . I told them to wait until event is over , but they didn’t listen ( although I paid advance amount already ) . cake was just fraction of what I overall spent for the event and it was bad that they bothered me a lot in front of everyone for money even after they being late . Such a bad customer experience. They could have waited atleast until cake cutting is over. Only for their poor customer service , 3 star . Cake is easily 5 star.
