This hospital need overall improvements. Some staff are friendly but most of them are just not doing their job. It is understood that this is a commercial building however, they do frequently rent the building for film shoots(yes, it happens!) And during these periods of time, the entire building will have a power shutdown and it is highly irritating. That clearly shows that where their priorities are. Some of the doctors are good but patient care can be improved drastically. Has a lot of potential but not living up to it. It can be better. Department of physiotherapy and rehabilitation center is amazing and staff there are amazing.

I had got an USG and Doppler scan done for my mother here. Ambience is fabulous like 5* hotel and parking is available. Getting the reports is big headache and even after repeated calls to their call centre, could not get the report on my email. Finally had to visit the place again to get the printed reports, which apparently they don’t print until you go there and request yourself. They also will not send the report to your Referring Doctor.
Hence the reduced star for their service.
Got the reports through email after we got the physical reports. Revising the grade to 3.

Got my MRI done here. Arguably the best experience I've had. They have a great set up to keep patients at ease in the MRI tunnel. No claustrophobia thanks to the large diameter of the machine. Technicians also are of great help. Price compares to any other diagnostic center in the city for an experience that's truly the best.
