Kindles my childhood memories, as this place is close to my heart... We used to buy veggies from here way back when this was an open market... One can get all fresh veggies and the prices are also affordable...

Woh! It's very nice Very very oldest Market.

You get almost all Vegetables fresh & little cheap rate. Compared to the local shops.

Very well maintained and the vendors are also very polite and kind but some of the lady vendors are little rough and tough, in the sense if we ask any Vegetable price they won't answer properly...

After many many years since I went. Since few years the vendors have proper shops with ceiling and all. They are also very happy ans enjoying the sales of Vegetables. I ❤love it????????????

One among the best and oldest vegetable markets in Chennai. Mini wholesale and retail market. Prices are lowest and reasonable. Most of the vegetables are coming from Arakkonam, Thiruvalangadu, Kadambathur, Thiruvallur, etc directly to Villlivakkam market by train. Brinjal, ladies finger, beans, radish, bitter gourd, etc are very fresh. Everyday morning around 5.30 am, spinach is coming from farmers by train Simply to say Mini Koyambedu.
Fish varieties are also available on one side.
