L4 l5 disc bulge severe back pain for the past 9 months.I am working at Kuwait as a designer. Took xray at Kuwait given painkiller
2 months no use Then consulted orthopedic surgeons he advised to do gym. Pain better. August came India then again started gym pain increased. Then again consulted orthopedic dr at Chennai. He adviiced MRI then advised spinal surgery.very upset about surgery as I am only 24 year old bachelor.
Then my cousin brother advised dr.vijaya kilpauk who took therapy at vijayadr.
Now after 5 sitting of physiotherapy I am feeling 50% better except mild early morning stiffness
Today dr.vijaya reviews me told good improvement and changed therapy
I strongly recommend this clinic no medicine no injections or pain killers.
No need for surgery for disc bulge. Therapy gives lot of relaxation every sitting.. follow the dr.vijaya advice with hope you will be alright..don't go for surgery

Dr.suresh is a good physiotherapist.
Very warming and friendly experience..
I didnt feel that I am going for the first time.
I am felt very much relaxed here than Apollo physiotherapy..
