This is one of the best hospitals I have come across in my life. The staff is respectful, disciplined maids, especially the food. The taste that they provide for such a low cost is definitely a talking point. The doctors are kind to the core. Regarding the place, it's well maintained with very minimal mosquito presence. Keep it up!

Pros: Doctors, support staff, food, environment.
Cons: Hardly any, but I have feedback. Restrooms in the rooms are very small. They should be a little larger for easy access for pregnant women

I went to this hospital only for normal delivery though it's far from my location. But ended up in c section without any major reason. Doctor advised to wait post due date, 4 days passed however I didnt get pain, so I admitted without pain till get admitted I was given hope can induce pain and do normal. Once got admitted they started the procedure, whole night I had pain but not delivery pain, morning doctor done manual check and informed only 1 cm cervix opened, have to go c section because it's already late and crossed due date. It's not my fault right? I trusted them and waited post due date, finally without any option I undergone c section because baby heart beat started to drop. Blessed with girl baby, then baby had jaundice so kept in phototherapy for one day. While discharge also no gynecologist visited, only sister's given full advice. Overall worst experience, im facing post c section pain without any reason, I have Done all exercise and kept hope on my body but ended up in c section. Final bill 1 lac, like they expected. No insurance is covered here, we have to do only reimbursement. ( In one visit doctor asked me and husband whether family members say anything to do delivery on chithirai month, we said no problem, didnt think much about doctor intension, now those words means a lot, they have already fixed c section in my case that's why doctor balakumari asked us)

Best maternity hospital in Velachery. Had my both delivery in this hospital. Recently had undertaken physiotherapy sessions as suggested by Dr. K.Balakumari madam and am completely relieved of my problem. Thank you so much to doctor, trainers, nurses, support staffs who made every experience very comfortable. I always prefer and suggest this hospital to my family and friends
